Obviously this isn't a low-level thing but my dream app for ADAM + ADE would be a native ADAM client for browsing/searching/downloading from the archive directly to an SD card.

Probably not feasible, but that's why I said it's a "dream" app.

Are you talking about the ADE Commander or the lower level code that handles the operations of the ADE itself?

Yesterday I took the plunge and decided to attempt the "C88" audio fix so I can get proper sound out of my Super Game Module.

TLDR: Got it done.

I know this doesn't exactly answer the question but thought I'd throw it out there since it's somewhat related.

I have one of the SD-DDP drives and a while back I was able to use it to successfully make a .ddp backup of my physical AdamCALC digital data pack.

I really use my ADAM for fun. Not just games though... I love exploring all the old ADAM software! Back in the late 80s when I got my ADAM (the one I still use today) I mainly used SmartBASIC and (once I got a modem) ADAMLink for some good old 300-baud BBSing. Of course I also used SmartWriter to ty...

Today I came across this very well-done Z80 Reference app for iOS. It's totally free and seems like it will be really handy. Check it out if you've got an iPhone or an iPad.
