Take a power adapter and remove the Adamnet pin, easy to do all you need to know is which pin. If I get some extra time I will make one. The switch IMO is way better and really doesn't modify the printer that much.

What I did was remove the printer top and install a small SPST slide switch. I believe without looking it up you cut the blue wire and connect it to the switch. This way you can turn the printer on and off. You do need to turn on the printer and reset your adam before trying to use it.

Did you figure out were the catalog end marker was?

Look for a location that always has a 1 in it.

I can't take the credit, who ever did EOS7 removed it. It's just not needed. Load the Desk Top boot SmartBasic 1 with SmartDSK OS and check the catalog.

Nice Collection. I lost most of my Adam stuff but still have most all my Video games starting with the Atari 2600 all the way up to the current consoles.

Wmaalouli, A person heard that I was looking for a Adam console so he stopped over with a R79 Adam. The console works great so I wanted to upgrade it to a R80. Tape drive needs some work. Funny how I was down to one working console now I have way to many.

I just found a unprotected copy of Post-it by Walters Software Co. I have to get my disk drive fired up to see if the disk still works. Jim Walters/Walters Software Co.

Is there any where that has the 4 R80 Roms in separate files. I know I can separate them but this would be much faster. Jim
