UPDATE: No longer needed.
I didn't end up finding a MIB2 or MIB3 but I do finally have a serial port for my ADAM (side expansion port).

I got NEWCCP working today on top of my ABP-patched CP/M installation. The NIAD disk that contained NEWCCP also contained a ADAMCCP.HEX file so I actually used that to patch the CCP. Using the already created hex file made the installation easier as I could skip over the assembly and linking part of...
