If you are using the ADE you can use 256k data pack images (.ddp) so you have the option of 256k drives under CPM too.

The Image Manager is already absolutely incredible but it'd be even better if there were tools to manage the disk image files from the Image Manager. Being able to do things like renaming, deleting, or duplicating the image files would save a trip to the "other" computer to manage the SD card conten...

On the problem with it locking up in the emulator I believe the problem may be that the emulator doesn't handle the disk drive format command correctly.

Ah, that is good to know. I always have problems formatting disks when using the emulator.

Using which one? Was this with the emulator?

Using ABP25 on my real ADAM. Bonus: On the real hardware I had no trouble accessing the tape drive and copying between disk and tape.
